But nothing pales to making a man like having a woman near

One or twice a time these days
When doubt seeps into my mind
Her voice and song, they come along
And kick doubt's loathsome behind

It's been about a year now since we departed from that shore
I am trying to keep this boat afloat
I am trying to keep what I had wrote
