Three girls are on your mind?
An angel, a muse, and the girl who left you
It all seems like a waste of time

It’s the start of my day
Seeing her beautiful face
She don’t know I care because she can’t read my mind
But she’ll find out sometime

The other is miles away
I can’t help but smile when I see her face
We were in love and then she left my life
But who knows what happens with time

I had settled back home
But felt so damn alone
So I moved towards love and a promise of hope
But that love just left me alone

That hope is the start of my life
A promise to do something right
So I spend every day just trying to relate
In a world that can’t do nothing right
